Keswick's History Is Our History
Bringing the history of southern Lake Simcoe forward into the new millennium, the longest-standing business in the growing town of Keswick brings the old and the new together.
The “indoor patio” atmosphere of the Riveredge Restaurant, right on the Maskinonge River, gives its customers a great feel of what the town and history are all about. Bringing in boaters, snowmobilers and all those who enjoy the outdoors, the Riveredge Restaurant attracts customers from all over York Region.
The Riveredge Restaurant was established in the 1930s and is a landmark here in Ontario. Newly renovated by the previous owner, Theo Kastoris the restaurant has had a modern renovation makeover, keeping many historical aspects of the design, including the Douglas fir beam structure.
The opening day of the new and improved restaurant was July 21st, 2009 and it has been flowing ever since. Regular and seasonal customers fill the restaurant to have a taste of our home-cooked meal, including breakfast, light lunch with a Greek flare and hot and hardy dinners at competitive prices!
Besides the great food, and greater prices, our friendly staff, and experienced chefs provide nothing short of the best service! Join the journey of our life long customers and come on into the historical Riveredge Restaurant and experience the peaceful, yet active lifestyle of small-town Keswick, right on beautiful Lake Simcoe! We invite you to come and experience a restaurant that is a cut above the rest.
Come experience our popular breakfast, appetizing lunch or home style dinner in our “indoor patio atmosphere” right on the Maskinonge River, in the heart of Keswick!
